Culinary Specialist Rate Training
 Hungry for knowledge, this course is designed for Navy Reservists who seek to advance within the Culinary Specialist rate. Topics will include all aspects of Navy cooking and baking procedures and skills. Included will be hands-on application of acquired classroom techniques. It provides an opportunity to prepare for the advancement exam. The Chef Instructor will be a retired Senior Chief Mess Management Specialist and Culinary Arts Instructor. |
