This course was developed to help you set and maintain a successful path for your Navy Reserve Career.  It outlines what role you play in the mission of the Navy and the USNR, Merchant Marine Reserve Program.

2.  Topics Include: MMR Program Instructions; Joint Professional Military Education (JPME); Navy Internet Resources; Maritime Industry Policies; Navy & Reserve Navy Structure; National Maritime Security Policy; MSC Chemical, Biological and Radiological Defense (CBRD), Small Arms Training (rifle); MSC Ship Physical Security; Facility, Vessel, Company Security Officer; Navy Protocol and Leadership.

3.  Requirements: Individuals who apply must have completed a minimum of at least two ADTs prior to attending course. This course has been developed expressly for Lieutenants in their fifth to eight years of Navy Reserve Service.
