History has repeatedly shown the importance of moving commercial ships in protected groups in times of crisis. The purpose of Commercial Multi-Ship Operations is to protect Merchant Ships through an area of high threat. Commercial Multi-Ship Operations require detailed organization plans and procedures; sailing in close formation under Navy Escort requires perfect convoy operation procedures.  This course is designed to give the student the both practical and technical training in Commercial Multi-Ship Operations.
