This intensive course will teach students to become familiar with and proficient in understanding all aspects of the project management process including selection, organization, scheduling, performance monitoring, communication and quality control.  Additionally, students will become familiar with software commonly used by managers to analyze projects, perform cost-benefit analysis, create schedules and manage the basic processes of contract and project management.
